Honey can cure infections

Manuka honey is now know to help clear infections. It is also believed to help anti biotic to work better. This was tested by Professor Rose Cooper from University of Wales Institute. She has found out that honey can stop the growth of those bacterias that is commonly infect wounds. She also says that this honey is an alternative way to help on infection that resist drugs.

Like always, new things are found and help the world. Honey that cures infection? That seems amazing. I always heard honey was good for you, but who would have thought it help wounds? Not only that, it might actually be better than some medication being it that honey stop the bacteria's resistance to medication. I hope this is an efficient way to cure infections and maybe even replace those medications.
