Birds; Dinosaurs; Smelling?!

Link: www.biologynews.net/archives/2011/04/14/birds_inherited_sense_of_smell_from_dinosaurs_and_improved_it.htm Summary: According to recent studies, scientists discovered that birds have inherited their sense of smell from dinosaurs, and indeed improved it. The discovery was made after studying the skulls of dinosaurs and completing CT scans on them. The CT scan allows them to view the cavity that once held the brain of a dinosaur then look at brain parts. Then they compare the information to the information found from birds. Opinion: I think this is really cool. There could be a way to bring dinosaurs back with all the knowledge scientists have comparing the two. Maybe one day they will use a bird and bring back flying dinosaurs.. though that might be scary... haha (:
